Coaching is done in packages. Each package consists of ten (10) hours of 1:1 personalized coaching with me.
Paid, unused time never expires.
Local Clients: In-person sessions at my office in west Lakewood, CO. We’ll typically meet for five (5) 2-hour sessions per package.
Non-local Clients: Phone or Zoom sessions, depending on your preference. Session lengths vary depending on your needs.
New clients should schedule their first three sessions no less than one (1) week apart. [Feel free to schedule these sessions even more closely if that suits your learning style or calendar better. I’ve had clients book their first three sessions in a single week.]
All subsequent sessions are scheduled at your discretion based on your needs.

Tech support via text message (or email, if preferred) is included in each coaching package. Questions can be sent 24/7; my response time is usually within 24 hours.
If your question is too complicated to be addressed via text, I’ll notify you and recommend you book a session.
I’m currently building a library of supplemental materials. These materials will be will be accessible to all active clients as part of their coaching package. I have articles plus written and video tutorials available as well.
I strongly recommend the use of YNAB (You Need a Budget)*.
While I don’t require the use of YNAB, all of my past and current clients do use it – as do I. I’m thoroughly versed in the older YNAB4 software as well as the new online version (nYNAB).
Third-party budgeting software costs, subscription or otherwise, are not included in my fees. They are paid by you directly to the software provider.

Self-sufficiency is our goal but the pace and duration of coaching is highly individual.
After completing your initial coaching package, you will have a clear sense of whether or not you will benefit from a second package.
Purchasing subsequent packages locks in my rates (paid, unused hours never expire). If you don’t feel a full package is warranted, you can schedule ad hoc coaching at my current hourly rate whenever the need arises.
My average client cycles through two packages over a period of 1-2 years.

Well, I’m one of those annoying people. I suggest that all potential clients schedule a free 30-minute consultation to discuss my current fees and your expectations.

If, after you’ve completed all ten (10) hours of your coaching package, you can look me in the eye and say that it was a waste of time and money, I’ll return 100% of your fee.

Please check your calendar to confirm you can attend all included sessions. Each session builds on the past session’s materials and exercises.
Each session will begin promptly at the stated class time. We encourage you to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to start time to get yourself situated and have a cuppa and something to nibble before class starts.
Tardiness and Absences:
Late arrivals are disruptive. Please arrive early enough that you can be in your seat with your materials at hand ready to begin promptly at the stated class time. Arriving 10 or more minutes late will be counted as an absence.
Minimum class size:
If a workshop session does not meet the minimum number of registrants, the class will be cancelled. Registrants may opt for a full refund or transfer registration to a different workshop.
If a workshop you’d like to register for is full, please sign up for the corresponding workshop waitlist. You may place yourself on multiple waitlists. If a spot does not open up for your first preference, it may for your second. If a spot becomes available, we will offer the available spot(s) in order in which names were added to the list. Wait list hopefuls will have a reasonable but limited amount of time in which to confirm their spot before the opening will be offered to the next person in line.
If your workshop includes an Add-On or Bonus Offer, you must meet all of the conditions of the offer to qualify. Failure to comply with all stated conditions will result in a nullification of said offer.
Colorado weather is unpredictable. If weather conditions prohibit safe travel, we will cancel class. Cancellations will be communicated no less than 3 hours prior to class time via email and text message, as well as postings to social media (Twitter & Facebook) and Elizabeth’s website, www.esharden.com.
It is the responsibility of each registrant to provide accurate contact information. We will do our best to ensure everyone receives all class-related communications but we cannot be held responsible for missed or misdirected messages.
If you need to cancel your registration for any reason, the refund schedule is as follows:
- more than 3 weeks before the first day of the workshop: 80% refund issued;
- more than 2 weeks before the first day of the workshop: 40% refund issued;
- 2 weeks or less before the first day of the workshop: no refunds issued.
